We want to ensure that our clients are provided with the highest quality support and progressive products that are more compatible, integrable and secured.
In line with these values, we are announcing the end of life of Caseware IDEA version 10. The licensing technology stack for Caseware IDEA version 10 has reached its end of life, and Caseware can no longer offer full support for the licensing components of this version. Thus, IDEA 10 will officially reach its end of life on April 30, 2023. Beyond this date, there will be no support and maintenance provided on this version. The below table explains the milestones for IDEA 10’s end of life.

IDEA 11, released in October 2019, has marked the beginning of a new era for audit analytics. This version is faster, more reliable and includes flexible licensing options, advanced analytical capabilities and the first step towards cloud connectivity for audit analytics.
